Payment Issues

If you are having issues processing your payment at checkout the first thing to do is to ensure that you have entered all of the details correctly.


It is important to ensure that the Billing Address matches where the card is registered to, you can select an alternative Delivery Address. 


3D Secure


3D Secure adds an authentication step for all online payments. We use 3D secure as a fraud prevention measure. If the 3D Secure Verification isn't working then try the following steps:



  1. Attempt the payment again, make sure you are entering the correct password or SMS code sent by your bank. 

  2. Disable your Pop-Up Blocker for a few minutes then try again. 3D Secure can sometimes open in a new window which would be prevented by any Pop-Up Blockers.

  3. Call your bank. It may be that the password is incorrect or they have placed a temporary block on your card.
