Returns T&C's

Laptop Station cannot collect items outside of the UK, it will be the customers responsibility to return.



  1. Online purchases are covered by Distance Selling Regulations which allow you to change your mind within 14 days of receipt of goods. You then have 14 days to return the goods at your own cost. The goods must be in an unused state and returned in the original packaging.

  2. Brand new & Sealed products must be returned with the seal unbroken.

  3. Purchases of New products made in-store can be returned within 14 days if there is a manufacturing fault.

  4. Purchases of New products made in-store can be returned within 14 days provided the seal is unbroken and they are unused.

  5. Cables, including laptop chargers, cannot be returned after usage.

  6. New batteries purchased cannot be returned due to being a consumable item.

  7. Accessories can be returned within 14 days for full refund in their unopened/sealed packaging only.

  8. Purchases of Refurbished products can be exchanged within 14 days for another product of equal of higher value.

  9. Items that are “Made to Order” which includes any laptop upgraded cannot be returned if you change your mind.

  10. Items being returned must have their original accessories and packaging and with a valid receipt. Returns or Exchanges will not be considered unless these conditions are met.

  11. Software such as Anti-Virus suites and Office packaged cannot be returned.

  12. If you wish to return your item you must send it back by recorded delivery and well packaged. We will be unable to return items if they arrive damaged or are lost in transit.

  13. Batteries and Chargers are covered for the first 90 Days on Products listed “As New”.

  14. Chargers are covered for the first 90 Days on products listed “Refurbished”.

  15. Batteries are not guaranteed on products listed “Refurbished” unless Dead on Arrival (DOA). You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

  16. Original expected battery life for a “Refurbished” laptop cannot be guaranteed.

  17. We cannot guarantee all original Function (Fn) keys will work (such as Brightness and Volume) on older models due to incompatibility with original software and Windows 10.

  18. We cannot guarantee all touchpad gestures will function on older models due to incompatibility with original software and Windows 10.

  19. Laptop Station will pay for One Collection/Delivery only. If the Collection or Delivery fails due to the customer not being available or the incorrect address is provided then you may be charged for a second delivery or collection attempt.

  20. If you choose to send your item at your expense for a valid warranty return then Laptop Station will cover to cost up to £6.

  21. Accessories purchased can be returned within 14 working days if they develop a fault. A replacement, exchange or refund will be offered.

  22. In some cases Laptop Station may accept a return minus a 20% Restocking fee to cover costs.

  23. Laptop Station reserved the right to amend or add to these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  24. Where a situation cannot be covered by our Terms & Conditions we will refer to UK Consumer Law.
